Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, parts, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Opened electrical components (if installed or altered)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.


Warranty

Wynwood Fans products may include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. 

Warranty claims are separate from returns and may require troubleshooting or replacement parts.  Replacement parts are available 1 year after purchase if a resolution has been identified.
