  • Standard Parcel (Smaller Fans & Accessories): 3–7 business days
  • Large Ceiling Fans (Freight Delivery): 5–10 business days

Will I need to be home for delivery?

For standard deliveries, this is not required.

For freight shipments, someone may need to be present to receive and inspect the package.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Products must be in new condition, with all components, hardware, and manuals included.

Note: Large order for ceiling fans may require freight return shipping, which can be significant.

Do I need to return the entire fan for a warranty issue?

We can often resolve issues by sending replacement parts (e.g., LED module, remote, receiver) without requiring a full return.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has already shipped and cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:
